Our Journey to Empowering Womenās Wellness
I know what itās like to face health challenges and the frustration of not having the right support. My journey into women's health was profoundly shaped by personal experiences. After witnessing my sister's struggles with early menopause due to a stem cell transplant, I realised the critical need for comprehensive, holistic support for women at all stages of life.
My own battle with chronic fatigue further deepened my understanding and empathy for those dealing with persistent health issues. Navigating through chronic fatigue, I learnt the importance of a balanced approach to wellness, combining physical activity with mental and emotional support.
I started my career as a physiotherapist in 2005, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions. As I began to see more women struggling with issues related to pregnancy, menopause, and other life stages, I expanded my focus to women's health physiotherapy. Over the years, Iāve added Pilates instruction and Remedial hypnosis/Control practitioner skills to my toolkit, ensuring I can offer a comprehensive approach to wellness..
Thrive: Mind & Body was born out of a desire to provide a holistic wellness solution that addresses all aspects of women's health. I wanted to create a membership that combines the best of physical exercise, mental wellness, and community support. This is not just a fitness programme; itās a complete wellness journey designed to help you feel your best, inside and out.

I am a highly qualified womenās health physiotherapist with over 19 years of experience. I am also a Pilates instructor and a Remedial hypnotist/Control practitioner. My continuous professional development and training in menopause and womenās health ensure that I bring the latest knowledge and techniques to support your wellness journey.
