Absolutely. You do not need any previous Pilates experience. The workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness, provided you are fit and healthy and have your GP’s consent to exercise.
Yes, our workouts range from 5 to 45 minutes. You will receive a weekly workout calendar with suggested workouts for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. You can choose the duration that fits your schedule best.
The only things you will need are a yoga mat for comfort and a chair for some workouts. Optional equipment includes light weights, resistance bands, and a small Pilates ball for some of the workouts.
Currently, the membership is not suitable for pregnancy. However, pregnancy-specific exercises will be available in the future. Postpartum members should wait at least 3 months before starting a new fitness regime and should consult their GP before beginning.
If you have an injury, diastasis recti, or any other health condition, you should always speak to your GP before beginning any exercise or fitness regime. Alternatively you can book a 1:1 for a full assessment with Roberta to ensure you are safe to exercise.
The recipes in the meal plans can be adapted to accommodate various dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
No. The membership content is available in a separate portal. You do not need to be on Facebook. However, the Facebook Group is an invaluable resource where you will find support from other members and where the monthly live Q&A sessions take place.
New workouts and masterclasses are added monthly, ensuring you always have fresh content to keep you motivated and progressing.
Our membership includes regular meditation and mindset sessions, as well as health challenges to help you stay focused and motivated. Plus, you can join our community support group for additional encouragement and advice.
